I was excited to see your opening position for a customer service manager, and I would be delighted to come in for an interview.
My background aligns with this position to bother internal and external within both retail and call-center environments. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a diversity of issues and complaints (such as billing, payments, disputes, service interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delays/no-shows and equipment malfunctions, inventory, arrangements, credit evaluations, escalations and other etc…). While working to meet and exceed high call-volumes between 50 to 110 calls per day.
In addition to my experience, I gained considerable customer service skills in leadership and finished with a GPA of 3.8 while finishing up an internships job at an advance acceptable exception to Human Resource.
